Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins; but, the truth is, as far as food is concerned, no one diet works for everyone. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and labeling good and bad foods, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Is your body moving enough? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? How is what you are eating contributing to how you feel? I will help you find and implement the food and lifestyle choices that best support the healthiest version of you. We will work from the outside in, and from the inside out, to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, maximizing energy, and establishing peace of mind. I will guide you as you create a healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
