I had the great fortune to become a Registered Yoga Teacher under Kate Baldwin's guidance. While saying she forever changed my life might sound like a bit of stretch - it is the truth. It wasn't so much what Kate said that made such an impact, it is how Kate is. Kate embodies the principles of yoga in a way that stretched me to become so much more than I ever thought was possible. ~ Marge Ananda

Module 3: March 9 through March 14

Module 4: March 16 though March 21

The Wanderlust vision is to create an outstanding training — one that produces inspiring teachers with strong teaching skills. The Wanderlust Teacher Training will give aspiring teachers a bedrock of knowledge and also offer seasoned practitioners the chance to deepen their practice. We don’t expect everyone who completes the 200-hour training to become a teacher, but whatever your path, the Wanderlust Teacher Training will guide you toward your true north.

If you decide to venture on this journey with us, your teacher training experience will consist of  a unique and dynamic curriculum, including:

  • 100 Pre-training Hours: a preliminary, self-study course filled with basic educational tools, videos, reference materials and self-administered tests to insure that all students share a basic, core knowledge as they enter the contact hours section.
  • 100 Post-training Hours: a platform designed to provide continuing education to students and to foster community amongst teachers. You will be able to upload classes for critique from peers and mentors and receive additional study materials that continue your development.
  • Modular Curriculum: an opportunity to customize your learning experience by location and Wanderlust Mentor, and according to your personal calendar. Plus, you can choose modules held in conjunction with Wanderlust Festivals – travel to awe-inspiring destinations, experience the Wanderlust community, and take advantage of Wanderlust’s festival roster.
  • Mentors & Scholars: our teaching staff is composed of highly regarded, leading teachers as well as renowned, inspiring individuals in the yoga community, providing you with  an unparalleled training experience.
  • Digital Manual: an in-depth digital manual designed to guide your experience both during and after you go through the Wanderlust Teacher Training program. Superior design, stunning photography and high-quality video provide you visual reference while chapter content is contributed by a broad range of Wanderlust faculty, including leaders and scholars in the industry.

With the knowledge acquired during your Yoga Alliance® certified 200-hour Wanderlust Teacher Training and the 200 hours of additional pre- and post- material, you will be in a perfect position to dive deeper into the method that most inspires you, whether that is Iyengar, Yin, Ashtanga or any other style or method.
